In 1978 Mr. Nabil A. Abu Nhaya, formed Nabil Contracting Est., and entered the competitive construction Industry.

Nabil Contracting Est. has developed into a competent general contractor attaining prequalification to carry out work for the Saudi Arabian Oil Company(Saudi Aramco), Saudi Consolidated Electric Company (Sceco East), Ministery of Defences and Aviation (MODA), Saudi Basic Industries Company( SABIC), and other major Clients. The establishment developed a reputation for delivering quality projects on time.

In the early 1990’s The company recognized that these was an emerging growth market in the repair, rehabilitation and protection of concrete structures.

In 1993 Mr. Nabil added the Concrete Repair and Rehabilitation Division to his construction group. This new division was managed by highly experienced experts in the field of concrete rehabilitation and repair.

The division quickly expanded its expertise and client base to provide concrete repair, rehabilitation and protection services to a wide range of clients.

In 1998 Mr. Nabil, with the addition of a pomenent Saudi businessman as a partner, folded the concrete repair and rehabilitation division of NCE into a new 100% Saudi owned Company with the name of Nabil A. Abu Nhaya & Partner Co. This change provided a strengthened operating entity while retaining all of the management, staff, trained labour, plant and expertise of the previous entity.
